LONG TERM GOALS
SHORT TERM PLANS
PLANS AND GOALS
Our short term plans involve two main approaches:

1. A three night local church revival, preached by all young men in the ministry or young men preparing for the ministry.

Purposes:

i. To give young preachers the opportunity to preach and to strengthen each other in the Lord.

ii. To allow the church to see that there is a generation of young preachers willing to stand and say. "Thus saith the Lord...", and to hopefully encourage and help build the church.

*If you wish to attend and preach in one of our conferences, please sign up and register!
2. Workshops during the afternoon for younger preachers to learn from more seasoned men of God.

3. A connection of young men joining together in prayer and fellowship asking God for His power and strength in their various ministries.

Avenues of connection:

i. Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

ii. A monthly newsletter with prayer requests, articles written by young preachers, ministry helps, etc. (Plans to begin after our first conference in July.)
iii. A blog with posts written specifically for younger preachers, many by young preachers.

We have big goals for the future. As God leads we will plan to accomplish these goals. "Where there is no vision, the people perish."

Revivals:

1. A revival preached almost entirely by young men either in ministry or called to the ministry. (Young in age or young in years preaching)

2. Morning sessions each day where seasoned preachers come in and give advice to the younger preachers on certain aspects of the ministry.
(Evangelism, Pastorate, Church Planting, Missions, etc.)

3. A fellowship luncheon each day as an opportunity to unite and grow in grace together with like-minded preachers.

4. A time in the afternoon where the young preachers go out into the community of the local church to win souls and invite folks out to the evening revival.

5. A time of prayer before the service asking God to come down and meet with the local church.

6. Eventually we would like to do regional conferences as to make them more accessible.
