TIMES2 MINISTRIES was founded by young preachers, for young preachers. The purpose and desire of this ministry is to be a place where young men can be encouraged and strengthened by other like-minded young preachers. We also wish to involve more seasoned men of God as well to encourage and share advice.
    
    Since the fall of Adam, mankind has grown increasingly defiant​​ against God Almighty. In the days we live, it is easy to become discouraged and defeated at the abundant sin around us. However, we believe that God is still on the throne, and that the gospel of Christ has just as much power as ever. The name "TIMES2" comes from the story in II Kings 2 where Elisha began his ministry asking God for a double portion of His power! During this time of apostasy God used feeble, yet Spirit-filled men to manifest His Word in a powerful way.

    We recognize that in and of ourselves we are weak, helpless, and without hope. Our only hope as Christian leaders of the next generation is to rest in the finished work of Christ and lean on Him for any and all power. There is a need to step up and beg God for a double portion of the filling of the Holy Spirit. We seek to exhort young preachers and teachers to stand strong in the faith, stand strong on God's Word, and to focus on the gospel of Christ, for in the gospel lies all power we need! "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation..."
   
    We plan to do this by assisting with opportunities and resources for passionate, biblical preaching, and to connect in fellowship with like-minded preachers, lifting each other in prayer and love. The power found in God's Word and the gospel of Christ is the only true hope for the next generation.
